SWC’s load-bearing body is made of steel tubing with AISI 304 stainless steel upper protection, and the hitching structure can be either a Din 76060 A/B or an agricultural tractor/wheel loader front linkage.  
Double-acting cylinders are used for hydraulic tilting and lifting.

The sweeper body is supported by two pivoting wheels to support the brushes during operation according to the road surface, and the sweeping roll consists of interchangeable brush rings D=600 mm, which can be supplied in plastic, steel or mixed. Brush wear is controlled by two adjustable supports mounted on the side of the machine body. 

The SWC roller sweeper is available in versions 1800, 2200, 2400, 2600 and 3000 depending on the sweeper width. 

The basic version of the SWC roller sweeper for trucks is fully equipped, including:

• Hydraulic brush motor
• Central tilt for side oscillation 
• Splash guard cover
• Parking feet 
• Hydraulic orientation
• Mixed brush rings ø 600 mm in polyethylene and steel or mixed
• Adjustable pivoting support wheels

For each version, a suitable hitching system must be selected:

• Telehandler hitch (Manitou, Merlo, Jcb, Cat, Bobcat)
• Agricultural tractor three-point linkage (category I - II)
• Wheel loader hitch
• Skid loader hitch (Bobcat, Ghel, Cat, Komatzu)
• DIN mounting plate g.3/5 with arms and lifting cylinder

The following optionals are also available:

• Dust suppression kit with 12V electric pump and 100 litre tank
• Pair of adjustable clearance lights
• Pair of work lights
